Stephen Ministry is a living presence of the saving Christ in our community.

We are called by our Father and inspired by the Holy Spirit for Growth in Christ, so that we may be a Caring and Sharing Community of Believers.

What is Stephen Ministry ?

A one-to-one, confidential ministry by trained, caring Christians

A helping relationship focusing on the unique needs of each person

A commitment to caring and supporting one another, to build a
Christ-centered, sharing community

A lay ministry continually under guidance and supervision

A response to Christ's instruction to
" love one another as I have loved you"

Needs Addressed by the Stephen Ministry:

Hospitalization   *     Grief    *      Faith Struggles

Losses   *    Divorce/Separation   *    Domestic Issues

Job Crisis  *   Alcohol/Chemical dependency

Loneliness    *    Depression    *    Shut-ins

~ and many more

Who are Stephen Ministers ?

Men and Women, who through training, have learned skills and developed their gifts for bringing Christ's healing Love to those of us that are hurting.

Caring and sharing people who reach out supporting hands to the spiritual, social and emotional needs of our community.

If you or someone you know might benefit from a caring relationship with a Stephen minister or if you would like more information about becoming a Stephen Minister..
